Welcome to EAT, SIP, & INK, where creativity, cocktails, and culture come together.

Your safety and comfort are extremely important to us. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a fun, respectful, and professional experience for everyone.

 

1. Age Requirements

This is an 18+ experience

Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry

2. Alcohol Policy

Please drink responsibly and know your limits

Alcoholic beverages may be enjoyed in moderation

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue

3. Consent & Waivers

All participants are required to complete and sign a waiver prior to the event

Waivers are mandatory before participating in any tattoo-related activities

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards

Our artists and instructors follow strict sanitation and safety protocols, including:

Use of single-use, sterilized needles

Medical-grade disinfectants and disposable gloves

Clean, professional, and licensed tattoo stations

5. Behavior & Conduct

Please treat all artists, staff, and fellow guests with respect

Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

Anyone violating safety, health, or conduct policies may be asked to leave without a refund

6. Legal Acknowledgement

By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with tattooing activities and alcohol consumption

All attendees must sign a liability waiver before receiving any services
